Dámaris has been an invited guest of Westgate Chapel in Edmonds, WA for many years.  Invited to speak three times at their Awaken conference, ​Dámaris shares her love of reading the Bible and reflects on how the book of Ruth has convicted her.  The Bible's account of this Moabite woman illustrates so many qualities that we need to emulate.  The first two of these three sessions describes the life of this Gentile woman, who ends up being in the lineage of Jesus Christ.

In the third session, Dámaris explores the mystery of doing everything without complaining or arguing (Phil 2:14).  The key verse to understanding this concept is in Romans 12. 

​Scarsdale Community Baptist Church held a women's conference recently and invited Dámaris to speak.  Dámaris shares the importance of reading the Bible because in it we will learn how Jesus teaches us the way to have eternal life (John 17:3).
